Hello, you're very welcome here.
My name is Susan Quirke, and for many years I have been blessed to facilitate mass meditation gatherings dedicated to collective healing. Sometimes these gatherings have included thousands of people at events I've had the privilege to be part of, and sometimes they have been small, intimate circles. What has always mattered most is the sincerity of the hearts that come together. Hearts like yours.
I feel a deep calling now to devote myself more fully to this work and to create an online home where people from all around the world can gather regularly in meditation, united by a shared intention for healing.
I also hold a beautiful dream in my heart for our world. Can you imagine millions of people, across every continent and culture, pausing at the same moment, coming into their hearts, and offering healing to one another, to humanity, and to Mother Earth?
In many ways, this is already happening. Around the world, countless people and communities are answering this call in their own unique ways. Each gathering, each act of care for humanity and the earth, each prayer, each meditation becomes another thread in a living web of hope, compassion, and healing that encircles our planet.
The power of loving, coherent human consciousness united by a shared intention for healing is immense. When we come together, we amplify that potential, creating one unified, loving, and deeply coherent field of awareness.
We are far more powerful than we often realise, and even more powerful when we gather in community. I believe that loving community nurtures greater immunity, not only within ourselves, but throughout the greater web of life. We are not separate. We are profoundly interconnected, and every act of love, presence, and healing sends ripples far beyond what we can see.
At a time when our world is witnessing profound human suffering and ecological devastation, we are being called to remember our innate capacity to care, to act, and to heal. Together, we can summon the power of our hearts, our voices, and our collective presence, creating waves of love and activism that inspire meaningful change in our world.
During these online gatherings, which I offer at different times throughout the year, I will gently guide us through a meditation that is open to everyone. No previous meditation experience is needed. All that is required is your willingness to arrive just as you are, bringing your loving presence.
Together, we will cultivate heart coherence and contribute to a powerful global field of awareness, offering its healing presence to one another, to humanity, and to all life.
To have you with us for our Global Healing Live Mass Meditation and at future gatherings would be a great joy and blessing. It would be beautiful to have you join us and offer your presence. Register for free below.
Thank you for being here and warm wishes to you and all yours,
Susan

The gathering on Tuesday July 28th at 8pm Irish time is open to everyone who feels drawn to join us as we come together to celebrate one of the most auspicious and powerful times of the year.
It is an invitation to sit together under the light of the full moon known in the Vedic tradition as Guru Purnima. In the Vedic tradition, it is also said to be a deeply potent time to ask for boon in your life (a wish or great blessing), that is in service of your own highest evolution and for the highest good of all beings. Meditating together in community makes this even more powerful.
What does Guru Purnima mean? The word Guru comes from Sanskrit: Gu means darkness or ignorance. Ru means that which removes.
So, Guru literally means ‘the remover of darkness’ or ‘that which brings light.’ Purnima means night of the full moon. So, this night is the full moon of that which illuminates our beings.
The word Guru, in the body of knowledge I am trained within, is understood as a function of nature. Guru is anything in our lives that brings light into our minds and hearts. It could be a loved one saying something that lifts your spirit at the exact moment you need to hear it. That is the Guru function at play. It could be a piece of music, a beautiful flower, a hug when you need it, a sunset that stops you in your tracks and, in the simple act of being with it, illuminates your mind. That too is Guru.
It could be reading lines in a book that sheds light on something you had been struggling to understand, supporting your growth into deeper wisdom. That is also Guru function. It is any life experience, moment in time, or teacher that has brought you greater knowledge, wisdom, love, or peace. And on this auspicious and special night, we celebrate and honour everyone and everything that has ever brought light to our beings.
Finally, it is also a powerful time to honour the inner wisdom you have gained throughout your own precious life that continues to illuminate your own path. Ultimately, the path of meditation is about awakening Guru function within, understanding that Guru lives in each and every one of us. This is a night to also honour the light, wisdom, and guidance that already exists within your own being and to lean ever deeper into that. To trust your own inner knowingness above all else.
