You’ll also be invited to free weekly online community meditations every Sunday to support your practice after the course. What You’ll Receive When You Learn to Meditate with Me
1. A Lifelong Meditation Practice
In just three sessions, you’ll learn a powerful Being meditation practice called the 1 Giant Mind Being Technique, that you will have for the rest of your life. Many people who have learned with me say this is the course that finally made meditation stick in their lives. It is so simple, and designed for those of you who think “I can’t meditate, my mind is too busy.” Why? Because in the practice we use a mantra, that effortlessly quiets the busiest of minds and deeply relaxes the body. Practiced for 20 minutes, twice a day, it is designed for modern life and works beautifully for very busy minds. It is easy to learn and benefits are experienced immediately. There’s never been a person I couldn’t teach. It works for everyone and causes immense relief for many people who felt they couldn't meditate before. You can sit comfortably in a chair, no difficult positions, no prior experience required.
If you’re looking to learn how to meditate properly, without apps, technology, or someone else’s external voice to guide you, this is for you. Your body and consciousness are the technology.
2. Ongoing Community Support
Your journey doesn’t end with the course, it begins. You’ll receive free access to my weekly community meditation gatherings, held online every Sunday morning at 9am Irish time. Here, everyone who has learned with me come together to meditate, share insights, and ask questions. This warm, supportive community helps energise and sustain your practice. Many say it’s one of their favourite parts of learning with me, something special happens when a group comes together to meditate. I make myself very available to everyone I teach.
What is the difference between The Being Technique taught online and Vedic Meditation taught in person only?
Both Vedic Meditation and the Being Technique are mantra-based practices rooted in the same ancient tree of knowledge. The Being Technique, taught online over 3 x 1.5 hour sessions, offers a beautifully accessible and structured pathway into meditation, using a single potent mantra for all practitioners. Vedic Meditation is taught in a more traditional format over 4 x 2 hour sessions, and begins with a sweet ceremony in the first session. It also gives each person a personalised mantra, carrying the profound depth, power, and wisdom of lineage. Because of this more traditional element, it cannot be taught online. Both are powerful.

Some background about me:
I am a qualified certified Vedic Meditation teacher deeply devoted to helping people reconnect with the stillness, wholeness, and truth that is within. I have been training in the art of meditation for a decade, studying advanced practices with a master teacher in the Himalayas in India, New York, and Australia. This practice changed my own life so radically, and the lives of many I have taught. It is why I am so passionate about bringing it to the world.

The full course fee, which includes an ongoing weekly community meditation invitation for life, is 320 euro and is payable in advance.
