Learn Vedic Meditation - A practice you will have for the rest of you life

wITH CERTIFIED MEDITATION TEACHER, SUSAN QUIRKE

What is Vedic Meditation?

A path back home, to yourself.

Vedic Meditation offers something rare in our modern world - a simple, effortless way to rest in your own deepest being. It is a return to the stillness that’s always deep within you. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Vedas and passed down through an unbroken lineage of teachers for thousands of years, this is not just a technique, it's a remembering.

Why Vedic Meditation?

In a world that moves fast and pulls us outward, Vedic Meditation offers us a space to turn our awareness inward, into the direct experience of who and what we are. The practice supports the mind to effortlessly move into deeper states of awareness, into being. Absolutely everyone can access these deeper states with ease, we just need to be shown how.

We also get deep rest when we meditate which supports the release of stress and anxiety and helps strengthen our immune system. It feels deeply relieving. The benefits are experienced immediately and compound over time. The practice also generates a sense of happiness and peace within for no external reason.

The longest relationship you’ll ever have is with yourself. Your mind is your constant companion shaping every part of your life. When you take time to nourish it, by drinking from the well of your own deepest being every day, it is not only a gift to yourself and those you love, it’s a gift to our world.

Vedic Meditation also helps us to feel more fully alive. When you’re anchored in the depth of your being, and acting from this place in the world, it has a massive impact on all aspects of our life.

This is about becoming established in your own deepest being, and then penetrating the world from that place of depth and authenticity within you - with greater joy, presence, adaptability, creativity, wisdom, power and capability to navigate all that life brings.

“I first met Susan at a group meditation she did for the Irish rugby team. I have since had many one-to-one sessions with her, and completed her Vedic Meditation training. I am delighted to say she has been a massive reason in the improved quality of both my professional performance, but more importantly in my life. She’s been incredibly influential on me, as a player and a person.”
- Andrew Conway, Founder of 5XFlow and previously Irish international rugby player

How It Works

It is so simple, and designed for those of you who think “I can’t meditate, my mind is too busy.” So many people who have learned with Susan have said they have never experienced such stillness so easily in meditation before. Why? Vedic Meditation uses a personalised mantra, a sound chosen specifically for you which you gently repeat inside the mind, effortlessly. The mantra acts as a vehicle, drawing the mind beyond the top busy layers of thought into deeper, more restful states of awareness, into being. As the mind settles, the body follows. Deep rest unfolds. Stress dissolves. You emerge renewed. This is not about fixing who you are. It is about remembering and landing into who you are at your essence, beneath the noise of the world. It is a way of being with yourself at a profound level. Words cannot describe how it feels. It is an experience beyond what words can describe.

Vedic Meditation is ultimately a practice of deep surrender into yourself. It creates space for you to feel and be all that you are, without resistance. Having thoughts is all part of the practice. Everything is welcome. All of you is welcome. This practice cultivates deep inner connection and greater presence.

There has never been a person Susan has not been able to teach. Absolutely everyone can do this practice.

Practised for 20 minutes, twice a day, it is designed for modern life and works beautifully for very busy minds. It is easy to learn and the benefits are experienced immediately.

Your journey doesn’t end with the course, it begins. You’ll receive free access to my weekly community meditation gatherings, held online every Sunday morning. Here, everyone who has learned with me come together to meditate, share insights, and ask questions. This warm, supportive community helps energise and sustain your practice. Many say it’s one of their favourite parts of learning with me, something special happens when a group comes together to meditate. I make myself very available to everyone I teach.

"Within you is a place that has never been broken, a place that is already whole. Meditation opens the doorway to that place. With each sitting, we gently turn inwards toward our deepest nature." - Susan

“Vedic Meditation ignites an inner revolution, a shift in consciousness that enlivens our deepest nature. In these fast paced times on earth, one of the most radical acts is to return to the stillness that always lives within us. When we are rooted in the authenticity and integrity of our deepest Being, we can then rise and respond to life with greater power, love, and wisdom.” - Susan Quirke
